With the recent events involving mass shootings, we have all taken a hard look at how we would respond if something as tragic as this happened in our area.

Well here we are starting another new year already. It doesn’t seem possible.
Friday was a day many area residents will long remember. It began like most days this month. The skies were clear, the temperature was moderate and the wind was calm.
On Nov. 2, Coleridge Fire and Rescue was paged out to a field fire four miles east of Coleridge. Four trucks and seven firefighters responded along with an ambulance and three EMTs.
